     He first had his executive experience as a professional at the 33-year old Asian Pacific Group of Companies (APGC),  a multi-awarded industry leader in realty and marketing established by his parents  – realtors Arsenio M. de Guzman, Jr. and Gloria M. de Guzman.  

     DANTE as he was popularly known in the barangays is a perennial recipient of prestigious awards and recognitions for his responsible leadership ability, dedication to service, integrity and commitment to the masses. 

     DANTE is  a certified champion of youth empowerment, contributing to the city growth, development and progress. He was named as the “Youngest President of Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines and in the World” in the year 2002. 

     The young legislator is graduate of  B.S. in Applied Economics and B.S. in Marketing Management. He is a noted brilliant public servant, businessman, civic and youth leader. His mass-oriented projects, programs and actions reflects his undying commitment to public service. As the “conscience voice” of the City Council, “ a graft buster”, DANTE established himself, in the observance of his duties and responsibilities, as the symbolism of city reforms that benefited his beloved constituents. 

     DANTE MANZANO DE GUZMAN  in full name, he is the eldest among the siblings of realtors Arsenio m. De Guzman, Jr. and Gloria M. De Guzman. Dante was born in Quezon City and married to Carolyne Enriquez De Guzman.  

     He finished B.S. in Applied Economics & B.S. in Marketing Management (1992-1996) at the De La Salle University – Taft Ave., Manila and took up Law (2003) at the Arellano University – Manila Tertiary. His secondary education was at O.B. Montessori Center (1988-1992) Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan and primary at O.B. Montessori Center (1987-1992) and Seymour Middle School (1986-1987) Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.
